We've added more options for Product Discount Rules!
Today we added a minimum quantity trigger for Product Discount Rules. This means you're now able to create tiered pricing. Additionally, you can now choose whether the product discount can be combined with an order-level discount, or choose to ignore it.

Weβve added Webhooks to CleanCloud, there are now 7 available on the API page, Webhooks notifies CleanCloud to ping an external URL when an event occurs.
Webhooks are useful if you wish to send immediate updates about customers or orders to an external API endpoint. For example, if you wish to use an external marketing or pickup tool that requires up-to-date information.

Reports are a great way to see exactly what's happening in your business, and that continues today with our new Machines Activity Report. And for ease of use, weβve added it to our Report Scheduler.
Our new Machines Activity Report shows a ton of information, such as the order ID, Process, Cycle Name, Modifier, as well as the Machine ID, and Start and End time. This is perfect for you to see how your machines are being used, as well as what cycles, and modifiers are most popular.

Weβve rolled out an exciting update to CleanCloud, bringing you Custom Cycles and Modifiers.
Now you can add custom cycles to both washers and dryers, weβve also added color-coding to make them easily identifiable at a glance.
Adding Prices per cycle just became possible, however, it's important to note that this will override the default machine price.
Additionally, you can charge for extras by assigning them on a per-cycle basis or for every cycle with our new Modifiers feature. Want scent boosters only on Delicates? Now you can easily create a modifier for that.
