Now, when you press the Barcode Button on the New Order Page, scan or enter the barcode number, and click History, you’ll see an expanded view with more detailed data. This allows store attendants to work more efficiently, accessing all the information they need at a glance.

Today, we’re making all that data available in a new dedicated Advertising section within your metrics. Here, you can track customers acquired through your Pay Per Click campaigns and see the value of the orders they’ve generated.

Introducing Delivery Verification with DoorDash Orders!
You can now enhance the security and efficiency of your DoorDash orders by requiring a signature or photo upon delivery. To start using delivery verification, simply go to Pickup & Delivery > DoorDash.

If your store has WhatsApp enabled, you can now use it for pickup and delivery notifications.
Just go to Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Notifications and choose WhatsApp as your preferred method.

When creating or editing a plant stage, you’ll now find a new Special Role field. Use this option to designate the stage as a Quality Check, meaning it'll show Accept or Reject buttons. Subscriber usage is now visible on the New Order Page.
When selecting a subscriber or editing an existing order, the page now displays the subscriber’s current usage for the ongoing period. This enhancement enables staff to easily monitor and manage usage directly within the order process, streamlining decision-making and improving operational efficiency.

Promotional images now appear on the customer-facing display, alternating between two defaults every 15 seconds: Get the App and Leave a Review. If your business doesn't use an app, you can disable this in Hardware Settings → Customer Facing Screen.
You can also upload custom promotional images, giving you full control over what's displayed and allowing you to highlight in-store offers.

Customer Groups just got a whole lot better!
You can now create Customer Groups based on revenue thresholds, allowing you to assign customers who have spent more than $1000 in lifetime to the Gold tier in CleanCloud.
Additionally, you can now send targeted marketing campaigns based on these customer groups. Want to send a promo code to your Platinum customers? No problem at all.

Enhance your customer experience by displaying a live basket on a connected second monitor.
Simply enable and configure this feature in Hardware > Customer Facing Screen. Once enabled, open https://cleancloudapp.com/screen in a browser tab, drag it to your second monitor and maximize the window. While it’s possible to use an iOS or Android tablet as a second screen with Sidecar or other apps, an HDMI-connected monitor offers a more reliable and seamless experience.

If you happen to run out of SMS credits, notifications will now automatically switch to email, and an info message will be displayed to staff. This change prevents blocking order creation, which can be particularly inconvenient during the day.

We’ve added a one-touch feature to send a reminder to customers to pick up their order.
When an order has been ready for over a week, a speech bubble icon appears next to the order on the Ready page. Pressing this icon sends a reminder to the customer, and the icon will disappear for 48 hours. Hovering over the bubble will show how many times the reminder has been sent and how many hours ago the most recent one was sent.

Editing a previous Cash-Up is now possible! This new feature allows you to make necessary adjustments to past entries, ensuring your financial records are always accurate and up-to-date.
For enhanced security, we're also introducing a new user permission that enables staff members to edit cash-ups. To grant this capability, just assign the “Edit Cash-Up” permission to the appropriate team members.
