Driver App updates
In the driver app, there is now a 'Clock in' and 'Clock out' feature.
When the driver logs in, using the menu button in the left hand corner, from the list they can click on the 'Clock in/Out' feature.
Keep track of all new updates to CleanCloud
In the driver app, there is now a 'Clock in' and 'Clock out' feature.
When the driver logs in, using the menu button in the left hand corner, from the list they can click on the 'Clock in/Out' feature.
You can now scan barcodes using the camera on your device when logged into CleanCloud. For example you can use the camera on your smartphone to scan barcodes directly from CleanCloud.
This is particularly useful when barcode scanning for Assigning Orders to Racks, Assisted Assembly and Assigned Laundry Bags to Washers, Dryers and Folding. It can also be used to scan the customer's QR code from the iOS and Android customer app.
We have made the following updates to the preferences page
You can now rename the Item Notes headings
To do this go to Settings > Products. > Item Notes > Adjust the relevant heading > Update
The following adjustments have been made within the driver app
If a customer is on a subscription plan, you can now see this in the POS.
This will appear on the New Order Page, when a customer has been selected.
You can now access a report on what has been cleaned in your Metrics.
To access this go to Settings > Metrics > Cleaning
You can now export your pay-ins.
To do export these go to Settings > Metrics > Data Export > Pay-ins
You can now view your total customer and new customer count in Metrics.
To access this go to Settings > Metrics > Customers
You can now provide your customers with a QR code to download the CleanCloud app.
This can be found in Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > General Settings > Print 'Download App' QR Code
This is for the CleanCloud app only and does not support custom branded apps
