View who picked an order up
You can now view who has picked up an order on the Search page.
To do this go to Settings > Search > it will appear under the field 'Picked up'

You can now view who has picked up an order on the Search page.
To do this go to Settings > Search > it will appear under the field 'Picked up'
A blue notification can now appear when a customer sends in a new Email or SMS. This will show you who the message is from and show you a preview of the message, without the need for you to view the Inbox. If you click on the notification it will bring up the Messaging section of the Customer CRM.
This can be set on a station level and you can choose how long you would like the notification to appear for. This can be managed in Settings > Admin > Notifications > Show New Message Notifications/Show New Message Notification For
You can now view the following information for an order when clicking on the Order Summary on the Cleaning and Ready pages.
This includes -
- create date and time and who created
- cleaned date and time and how long it took
- how long order has been ready for
- payment date and time and who took payment
- if order edited and access to Edit history
You can now search for customers with subscriptions in CleanCloud
To do this, you will need to go to Settings > Search > Select 'Customers' from the dropdown > You can then search by subscription using the dropdown under 'Subscriptions'
We have added the following features to the Driver App.
You can now switch on the option to use the max available credit for a customer when editing an unpaid order.
This setting can be switched on via Settings > Admin > New Order Page > Auto Apply Maximum Customer Credit When Editing Order
We now integrate with Serial Cable/Port Weight Scales like the Mettler Toledo BC60 in CleanCloud.
This can be set up in Settings > Printers > Weight Scales
You can now import your Washing Machines and Dryers into CleanCloud via CSV. This will help you get setup for Wash/Dry/Fold as quickly as possible.
The template can be downloaded via https://cleancloudapp.com/import and then re-uploaded via the same page.
In the driver app, there is now a 'Clock in' and 'Clock out' feature.
When the driver logs in, using the menu button in the left hand corner, from the list they can click on the 'Clock in/Out' feature.
You can now scan barcodes using the camera on your device when logged into CleanCloud. For example you can use the camera on your smartphone to scan barcodes directly from CleanCloud.
This is particularly useful when barcode scanning for Assigning Orders to Racks, Assisted Assembly and Assigned Laundry Bags to Washers, Dryers and Folding. It can also be used to scan the customer's QR code from the iOS and Android customer app.
