If a customer's repeat pickup falls on a closed date, our system automatically notifies them to reschedule. Easily manage closed dates in Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Routes. On closure days, flagged orders trigger customer notifications, ensuring a smooth rescheduling process.

Order photos now show on digital receipts. ๐ธ๐ฑ
Enable this by going to Settings > Admin > Notifications > Send Link to Digital Receipt in the Email and SMS tabs. Once activated, photos from POS or Driver App orders will be visible at the bottom of the digital receipt.

๐ง๐ฒ Release Forms in Digital Receipts: Include release forms in Email or SMS receipts by enabling 'Send Link to Digital Receipt' in Settings > Admin > Notifications > Email/SMS.
โ๏ธ Digital Signatures on POS: Activate the 'On Screen Sign' feature to enable customers to digitally sign the release form during checkout using the mouse cursor (for computers) or touchscreens (on tablets and iPads).

All you need to do is create a Laundry Card product in your CleanCloud account, and then, when needed, select a customer and top up their card with the required amount. Enjoy simplified laundry card management with CleanCloud's new POS feature.
This feature is only compatible with LaundryCard, FasCard, and Laundroworks.
