Add Pay-Ins Column to Cash-up Metrics Section on Cash-up page

You can now view the Pay-Ins and Pay-Outs for employees under the 'My Metrics' and 'Staff Metrics' sections on the Cash Up page.

Set default Washer and Dryer times

You now have the ability to set a default time for your Washers and Dryers. This will be auto-selected on the pop up when sending an order to the Washer or Dryer.

To enable this, go to Settings > Admin > Washers and Dryers > Washer Default Time/ Dryer Default Time

‘Time Order Arrived’ Column Now on Machines Page

You can now view the time an order was added to the Machines page. This will appear for the Washers, Dryers and Folding sections.

New Button Widths

You can change the width of buttons in CleanCloud to Extra Wide and Super Wide and Mega Wide. 

You can change this in Admin Settings > New Order Page > Product Button Width.

In CleanCloud, when entering a first and last name, these names will auto capitalise.

Pricelist field in customer data export

When exporting customers from CleanCloud, you can now see which pricelist that customer is on.

To export customers you can do this via Settings > Metrics > Data Export > Customers

Order details on Cleaning page

You can now view further details about an order when clicking on it in the Cleaning page.

This will show you the time the order was created and how long its been in the store (In hours)

North American phone number display

Phone numbers for North America will now appear in the correct formatting when adding or editing a customer.

Washer and Dryer times

You can now set your own Washer and Dryer times in CleanCloud.

This can be enabled in Settings > Admin > Washers and Dryers > Washer Times (min)/ Dryer Times (min)

These timings will need to be comma separated e.g. 20,30,60

The Delivery Printout page has had a redesign.

It is now easier to see which pickups and deliveries belong to which route.

We have now added tool tips for when you are adding or editing a product to tell you what each feature does.

Google address autofill

Google Address autofill has now been enabled for when editing a customer.

To do this find the customer you would like to edit > Edit > Edit Address

Assign route when adding customer

You can now automatically assign a route to a customer when adding them in the POS.

Geofencing will need to be enabled and the customers address will need to be selected using Google Maps autocomplete.

Set colours, stains, damages, styles and materials on the products page

You can now set the items appearing on the fixed bar through the products page.

To do this you will need to go to Settings > Products > Item Notes

Here you will be able to edit, delete and add any colours, stains, damages and materials.

Clearent Tokens

You can now edit or remove Clearent tokens in CleanCloud.

To do this, search for the customer you would like to make the changes to and press edit. On the edit customer page, you can edit the token or delete it.

Default Payment Type for Customers

In CleanCloud you can now set individual payment types for customers.

To do this, you will need to edit the customer and find the 'Payment Type' field, from the dropdown you can then select the relevant option for that customer.

Batch Invoicing and Payment

You can now batch invoice and take batch payments in Settings > Invoice

With the batch selection you can:

  • Print Invoices
  • Send Invoices
  • Download Invoices
  • Take payment

CleanCloud has now added Tool tips to the Printers page.

To use these, hover over the question mark next to each setting, this will explain the purpose of each one.

Full screen QR Code

Customers can now click on the QR code in the customer app and the web app.

Clicking on the QR code will enlarge it and allow your staff members to scan it.
