Square meter products are now available!

You can now add a product that goes by square meter, so you are able to charge for carpets more conveniently.

Go to Menu > Products, click on "Add new product", and from product type, select "Price per square meter".

Once this product is added, you'll be able to input the width and height of the item - if you have multiple of these dropped off, you can simply click the "Next" button in the popup to add more.

Metrics Update

With the latest update to Metrics, you are able to view your revenue and orders broken down to your pickup and delivery routes.

Simply go to Metrics > Orders or Revenue, and from the "all orders" dropdown, simply select the route you would like to view.

Pickup column in Orders (Sales/Revenue) export

Now when exporting orders in Metrics > Data Export, you'll be able to find whether the order was a pickup order.

Use camera to add customers photos from CRM

You will now have the ability to use your devices camera to add any photos to the customer's CRM.


To do this:

  • Select the customer from the 'New Order' page.
  • Click on the blue profile symbol, this is located next to their name.
  • From the headings that appear, click on 'Photos'.

New plant mode assembly feature

You will now have the option to control when garments are automatically moved off with assisted Assembly. Previously, this option was only available for store.

To find this new feature, go to Settings > Admin > Assembly > Assisted Assembly in Plant, you'll then see a 'Remove Order from Assembly When' field.

Driver App - New reschedule button

If you're on our professional package and offer a Pickup and Delivery service, your drivers will now have the ability to select a reschedule button. Once the reschedule button has been pressed, the customer will then get a notification asking them to reschedule their Pickup or Delivery. They can do this via the customer app or the booking tool.

Google and Facebook adverts tracking

When a customer clicks on a Google or Facebook advert and uses the web booking tool, CleanCloud will notify Google/Facebook when the customer signs up and when they create an order. This will allow you to track how effective your advert campaigns are at converting people into paying customers.

You will now see the total amount of weight processed within the summary table at the top right of the cleaning page.

If you have the 'Users' permission, you will now have the ability to alter any clocking in or out times. You can do this by going to Settings > Users > View Hours.

While previously you could only select one pattern, style or material for any item now the number of possible options to add are increased to 3 - this is to better assist you with doing an even better job in handling special garments with multiple properties.

Batch payment prompt when customer's paying off an order

When you select payment, now the payment popup will prompt you if the customer has outstanding orders to pay for, and will let you select batch payment instead of a singular payment.

New Multi Store feature

You will now have the ability to copy/link over inventory items when adding in a new store with us via the Multi Store tool! Just make sure you have the 'copy products' or 'link products' option enabled when adding in your new store. New version of the customer app is live!

The CleanCloud App's new version (ver6.8) is live on both the App Store and Google Play - make sure you update the app and inform your customers to update for the latest features.

New features include:

  • Edit order, pickup and delivery slot if allowed by the store
  • Support for rescheduling order if the driver is unable to make the pickup/delivery slot
  • Percentage tips for orders and repeat pickups
  • More information about subscriptions before joining one - you can check the extra info you can give in Menu > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > Subscriptions
  • Possibility to set different pricing for each route

New Speed Queen/Huebsch payment integration

You will now have the ability to link up Speed Queen or Huebsch to your CleanCloud account. This will allow your customers to be able to pay for their orders via the Speed Queen or Huebsch app. To get this configured, simply just go to Settings > Admin > Payments.

Automated Marketing Rules

If you are subscribed to our Reviews module, you are now able to set automated marketing campaigns that send out at a pre-set frequency.

You can determine:

  • a mode of sending (email, SMS, push)
  • the content of it
  • who to send it to based on orders, value, time span, routes, or even birthdays
  • how often would you like to send these
  • if a customer has received one, how long until they can receive their next marketing email/sms/push
