When a customer creates a Pickup & Delivery order, stores will now receive a separate order alert email instead of being BCC’d on the customer’s confirmation.
This new email is sent directly to the store’s email address, even if the customer email isn’t sent, and includes key order details such as order ID, customer info, and items.
Customers will continue to receive their branded confirmation email as before.
